I don’t believe in writers block
sometimes I’m just shit at it
Writer’s block is roughly the equivalent to the stench from a monkey’s posterior. I find wine makes it go away. Then more wine.
It puts me in a right mood, Trent. There’s rarely a day that I don’t write…be it for work or pleasure…but every now and then I have days that make suffer with creative rage!
Sometimes, a walk helps. A walk to the pub, in my case, tends to do wonders. Granted, the shit I write on the back of a napkin is usually embarrassing the morning after, but, hey… at least it was writing. Of sorts.
I’m still pissed about it now. Luckily I’ve stopped throwing the plates around before having to eat off the floor
Hmm. Well, sometimes smashing things is a reasonable option…
It’s very therapeutic.
Absolutely. Gets all that rage out 🙂
I don’t suffer too much with rage. Hope you’re well.
All good, thanks.
Good. You’ve written some wonderful stuff…don’t stop.
Happy you think so. Exploring some new ideas lately, as well. Not sure what I’ll do with them just yet.
Your latest work is excellent. The way you close each of them is perfect.
I’m not sure I’d agree, in regards to mine….but thank you for saying that.
We’re our own worst critics. I wouldn’t say it if I didn’t mean it – you’re on an interesting run, keep it going.
In truth, they are scribbles. Thoughts scrawled out in a matter of minutes. Kind of like an online notebook.
Same – more a thought journal, rough drafts, etc. But your scribbles are coming out remarkably polished.
Ha, that’s very kind of you to say…
I’ll just leave it at “you are welcome” 🙂 Glad you like my new stuff.
Sorry…my own worst critic. You’re doing great…keep it up.
So are you, and – as always – thank you for the encouragement. It’s very mutual.
Grand. We’re all shining with encouragement….
Yeah. Ain’t it just great?
Ha, yes wonderful. I’m as sparkly as ever.
Clearly… don’t go changing..
Sarcastic. I like it.
